AustriaTech opens the doors to the future of mobility. As part of the EU project SHOW, interested individuals can explore the Austrian pilot sites and support the development of automated mobility in Europe.
AustriaTech is pleased to invite interested citizens and people with an affinity for technology and mobility to visit three Austrian pilot sites of the EU project SHOW as part of an exclusive series of events. There, participants will have the unique opportunity to experience the future of mobility first-hand and to test automated driving. By doing so, they are making a valuable contribution to the project.
As part of the European SHOW research project, automated mobility solutions were integrated into public transportation to efficiently and safely embed innovative technologies into the mobility system. At the pilot sites, the vehicles complete the routes fully autonomously.
Participation requires visiting all three pilot sites on the specified days. All participants will receive detailed information on the exact schedule and arrival in time before the event.
Expect an exciting program and a comprehensive insight into automated mobility. You will have the opportunity to test the vehicles yourself and experience first-hand how they can revolutionize public transport. In addition, experts will be present to answer your questions and provide you with further information about the EU project SHOW. No prior knowledge of automated driving or a driving license is required, as a safety driver is always on board.
Travel costs by public transport as well as catering in the form of drinks and snacks during the events are included for all participants. In addition, supertesters who take part in all three test days receive a supertester certificate and an expense allowance of €90 in the form of Sodexo vouchers.
