Implementation of defined objectives in the EU White Paper on Transport
The aim of the project is to help achieve four objectives defined in the EU White Paper on Transport. Specifically, these objectives concern modal shift in freight transport, high-speed rail, CO2-free urban mobility and the framework for multimodal information, booking and payment systems in Europe. A discussion forum for relevant actors will be initiated as an instrument. AustriaTech is responsible for the design and discussion process regarding IVS (focus: multimodal information systems) and is intensively involved in the field of CO2-free urban mobility.
