ITS Austria Conference 2022

Digital transformation in mobility

Under the motto "Digital Transformation in Mobility", this year's ITS Austria Conference will highlight current and planned measures on how digital technologies and services can make a significant contribution to achieving the 2040 climate targets.

As part of the ITS Austria Conference 2021, the Federal Ministry for Climate Action announced the development of its own action plan for digital transformation in the mobility sector. At this year's event, the next steps will be presented on how digital transformation can be jointly shaped in Austria. Digitalisation is not an end in itself, but can make an important contribution to decarbonisation in the mobility system in addition to the social benefits. A holistic approach and the networking and involvement of all actors should help to make the national mobility system sustainable, efficient and safe for the future.
